What’s going on right now!

It’s been a whirlwind of a month. So much has happened and it is happened very quickly. I’m now in Georgia and I didn’t even get a chance to say goodbye to anyone in TX. I guess I’ll just have to come back and say goodbye the proper way.

Well, Sara flew back to Texas on Thursday.

We’ve decided to at least temporarily relocate to Valdosta, GA. In order to temporarily relocate, we needed more of our stuff. Initially I was going to come home and pack our stuff and drive it home. However, my parents needed my help this week in a major way, so Sara went instead. In addition, it was much smarter for Sara to go back to Texas. I had about 15 things on my list that I really needed Sara to bring back. I spent about 25 minutes on the phone with her explaining where everything was. If the roles had been reversed, I’m sure I would have been on the phone with Sara for 10 hours hunting down all the things, clothes and other stuff she needed me to pack.

As I said, I’ve been busy here in Valdosta helping my parents with their business. They’re taking on a huge marketing push this year and I’m helping to head it up. I’ve been getting all the marketing pieces together this week so it can be printed next week. We’re only a few weeks from tax season, so there was a lot to do in very little time. Mom, Dad and I have been taking care of Titus, who is growing up very quickly. He’s sleeping 13-14 hours every night and becoming so much more active. he naps for an hour or two in the morning and then naps for 30-15 minutes in the afternoon. He’s very active and wants to explore everything and put it in his mouth. Last week he began flipping over in his crib and sleeping on his stomach. Just today he learned to flip from his stomach to his back, so now he can actually “roll.” He’s an awesome little kid. Amazingly though, he is quite the dancer. Sara begins driving home on Sunday, so pray that she and Francie make it back to Georgia safely. Can’t wait to have the whole family together again!!!
