Dr. just came in. Sara is at 5 cm and 95% effaced. The Dr. has another delivery and a C-section to do, so he’s delaying us just a tad. They’ll break Sara’s water at 7:00 or 7:30, which should get things moving right along around then.

My wife thought her contractions were light too until the “real” ones came. And boy she was begging for drugs! She had four nurses in the room that were coaching her much better than I ever could. I just moved out of the way. Two nurses were by her side, one was down at her feet and one was on the bed trying to push the stubborn baby out!
I wish I could be there with you, friend! This is truly an amazing experience.
