Sweet Home Alabama!

Sara, Titus and I got to take a quick little trip to Sara’s "sweet home" state of Alabama between Christmas and New Year’s Eve. Sara has a sister who still lives in Mobile, so we spent a few days with her family. It’s always fun visiting Mobile. Although Sara only lived in Mobile for 8 or 9 years, it was probably her favorite place growing up. They’ve got two beautiful twins (about a year older than Titus) and Philip is an even bigger video game/technology nerd than I am, so we have a lot of fun. I think I played more video games in the 3 days I was there than I have in the past 3 years. When we were not playing the Wii, we were playing the Xbox 360 and when we weren’t playing the Xbox 360, we were playing the Nintendo DS. Yes, it was total over-stimulation… and it was AWESOME!

Here would have been a great time for Sara to write in this blog as I can’t remember much else that we did or what she did. Let’s see, I think we went out to a great Pizza place called Picklefish (really yummy, I’ve been before) and one night Sara went out with her sister and a bunch of girlfriends. Honestly, I can’t remember much else other than the video games. Did I mention that their kids are beautiful?
