This is what I get for getting behind in my blog posts. In January Apple released the “January Update” for the iPod touch… essentially putting email, weather, stock qoutes and maps on the iPod. Having this would have made my previous trip much easier. No, I’m not going to get into the fact that this extra functionality for the iPod touch had already been developed for the iPhone and the ability to “update” cost $20. It was worth the $20, I’m just not sure it was right to pay for applications that already existed on the iPhone. Oh, and to top it all off, they just released at 32 GB iPod touch. Grrrrr.
I still love it though… all 16 GB!
