Titus… after hours

We learned something really interesting about our son. We generally like to get Titus to bed by 7:00 PM. If we do, he will usually sleep until 8:00 or even 9:00 in the morning. So, using reason, you would think that if we got him to be by 8:00 PM or 9:00 PM, he would sleep in until 9:00 or 10:00 (great plan for Saturday’s, huh). Wrong. It seems the later you put him to bed, the earlier he wakes up. Interesting pattern.

We also learned about something else very interesting. Once he is up past his bedtime, if you are lucky you might just happen to experience Titus enter a very strange and unique state. We call it, slap-happy Titus. It’s very fun. He’s very cute. At this moment, you want to get as many pictures as possible. However, you must be warned. If you do experience slap-happy Titus, you are about to pay… BIG TIME!

What follows immediately following slap-happy Titus is not pretty. It involves screaming, crying and the need for a change of clothes… and I’m not even talking about Titus!
